My wife and I decided to create more living space in our house by finishing our basement. We wanted to add a living room, office, bedroom, and a bathroom. We had received 3 bids and had 3 other contractors take a look at our project. I'm not sure, but the project may have been too overwhelming for the third contractor and that's why they never submitted a bid. Jeremiah's bid was significantly lower than the other 2 bids we received plus he said that he and his crew could have the project done in half the time that was given to me by the other contractors. Jeremiah felt confident that he and his crew could transform our basement which was somewhat difficult given the age of the house. Jeremiah and his crew were prompt, even working on Sundays to help expedite our project. He listened to our ideas on how we wanted the basement to look and helped us to see how we could make it even better. His bid was right on. He stands behind his work. We had an issue with water backing in the basement a couple of months after the project was finished. He had his plumbers out the next day, which happen to be a Sunday working on the problem. His plumbers snaked out the sewer discharge line and pulled out tree roots 40 feet out. This issue was unrelated to the basement remodel. This was all done at no cost. Moore Quality Construction exceeded my expectations and he will be the first person I call for my next major home project. I have already referred Moore Quality construction to a coworker.
